How To Cut Your Risk Of Type 2 Diabetes

Change your diet

Even a daily walk around your block will make a difference to your general health and will help you lose weight.

Cut down on alcohol

If you are a heavy drinker, you are much more likely to develop diabetes and that has a lot to do with the high sugar content that many alcoholic drinks have. Try and HALF the amount of units you currently drink and then go from there. When you do decide to drink, try and stick with spirits with a low calorie mixer as much as possible. It’s all about healthy balance in your life and that is going to make a difference if you really put the effort in.
